Coast to Coast Development was established by Charles Marzot and Aurelio Peccei in 1994. The two partners brought much experience to the table, and did some beautiful projects in Falmouth Massachusetts together. Charlie retired in 2016 leaving the company to Augie who operates his company on the west coast. Charlie also left the East coast side to his loyal project manager Bob Favret (of Falmouth). Bob changed the company name to Coast to Coast Construction Inc. to not conflict with Augie's business. 

Bob Favret has worked on job sites since he was 12 years old. To him its more than just a job, It's a passion. He's traveled Massachusetts working on some amazing projects and honing his skills. From a Newport mansion to several Boston Beacon St. brown stone remodels, two Brookline homes, Fireman Estate and McCourt House. Working with masters of the trade. He then moved to the Cape to build custom homes in the local country club areas. Bob joined the Coast to Coast team in 2003, where he moved up the ladder rapidly. From framer to lead framer, Foreman, Project manager, all while studying his mentors Charlie and Augie carefully, building confidence and know-how to continue the already established company. Bob has adopted the same goals of quality, value, and true appreciation for the community as his mentors Charlie and Augie. Another lifelong endeavor is to preserve the Cape Cod charm. All while having the least impact on the environment as possible. Bob resides in Falmouth with his high school sweetheart, business partner and wife, Adrianne. Adrianne had worked as a cosmetologist and had been managing salons since high school. Her Knowledge of fashion, design and the latest trends has helped keep Coast to Coast current, and fresh. Bob and Adrianne work together as a team, to bring to the customer, the best Experience possible.

We specialize in medium to high end remodeling projects and new construction. We also do some smaller projects and offer home management services. We want to work with you.

Our service area is Falmouth and parts of the upper cape. We work only with licensed and bonded subcontractors. We pride ourselves in considering all our subcontractors as family, as most have been with us for decades.
